It depends on how much and how long one has smoked, but each day you go without abusing the substance is a gradual step towards healing your brain and kicking the stuff FOR GOOD. you are much stronger than your subconscious. naturally, weaning yourself off of that easy dopamine hit is going to cause an emotional imbalance from time to time as your subconscious tries to goad you back into it. ![]() What i find most important is making sure you personally recognize the truth excessive cannabis use is an unhealthy and expensive coping method, something you can easily resort to for dopamine and comfort without putting any real effort in. the first couple days were fine, but now my body has noticed that i'm not giving in to bad habits and has been hitting me with that same dark feel you get when nothing seems worth the effort. i finished my last stash the morning of this most recent friday august 6th, been trying my best to keep busy with hobbies and job searching. i've been using bong for a couple years now, not sure exactly when but i made the irresponsible mistake of trying the stuff at about age 18 just because my close friends and cousins were doing it, and I have been regretting it since i turned 20 and realized i let it become an issue. I'm afraid we just don't have time to review them as part of the modding process.Ībsolutely normal. This include your own quitting or vlog videos.
